This was the whole story.Thanks to rheia from the forums for posting this english translation!Story:asically, this dude was trailing his teacher's character and the teacher got pissed off and called him a dog. Then the boy retaliated, flaming the gf and teacher and (surprise surprise) it became a flame war. Then the teacher's girlfriend came and threaten the boy and the boy got scared so he made a police report.
The mom and dad are worried about the threat since the familiy is not in good condition. The younger brother is sick for over a year and the older son AKA dude who got threatened keeps failing his results. So the parents are worried and the wife cried over this.
The bottem part with the blue-ish tint words are saying that under no circumstances is the teacher allowed to use humiliating words to reprimend the student. However, the teacher did not know the identity of the character at that time, but now the student and the teacher are sorry for what they did and the boy no need to come to school till 10 Aug because of this 'threat' the gf made.
