Date:18th May(Monday) ( or 19 May in a event of bad weather on 18th may)
Time:3PM - 7++ PM
Event Scope:Cycling,ice breaker games(Group games,etc. ) , fishing ( Unconfirmed,depends on majority),Crapping/Zipping(Absolute must),fly kite(no,im not insulting you,really,fly kite.)

Location:East Coast Park(ECP)
Meeting Place:Parkway Parade ( PP )
Meeting Time:2pm( Please come slightly earlier if you can,and DO NOT BE LATE)
Order of Events:Cycling,Ice Breaker Games and followed by whatever you guys want.

Lunch and dinner will be settled on your own,so please make arrangements.Light snacks can be brought to the outing to share(but not a must)

IN A EVENT OF RAIN /BAD WEATHER /STRONG WIND /TORNADO/BUSHFIRE /TSUNAMI /DOOMSDAY/BLACKHOLE /MONSTER ATTACK /ZIP STUCK /AEROPLANE CRASH(My favourite! :P) ETC ETC. event will be canceled.

If rain or bad weather forcasted before timing of meet,event will be canceled and brought towards 19th May ( Tuesday) .If tuesday also bad weather,then too bad :X
Please note that there will be school on Wednesday(20th May) so if the event is on Tuesday,please do go back earlier to prepare/sleep/do whatever you want because most of our parents may not allow us to go back so late.

For those who cannot cycle,please do let me know,I will not compromise you :D
We will think of something for you to do!

For safety's sake(of your beloved wallet),no DSLRs will be brought(bring at your own risk if you have) .
Bring cameras if you want(compacts and HP cameras should be ok)

ATTENDANCE ( IMPORTANT ! ) :
Please inform me(Glenn) if you can go / cannot go / only can go at what time etc etc.
And also inform me your suggestions on the events and games,or if you cannot cycle,fish,allergic to the wind,sand,water,humans,yourself.

I will post a consolidated attendance here on my blog after everything is decided.
Along with consolidated information and stuffs.
